the hotel was conveniently located near the train station (only 8 minutes away). the bus from the airport stopped right in front of the hotel. the breakfast had many options and good variety.
i was disappointed with the parking situation. the website mentioned town parking a short walk away. the exit route from the parking was very narrow (driving anything wider than a small car risks damage). i wish the website had mentioned this issue.

the staff were helpful. the room was super clean and of a large size. i appreciated the easy walk to watford train station. breakfast offered a great food selection. the air conditioning was very efficient and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
the sink drained slowly. it was there was some sort of blockage.

The drinks at the bar were daylight robbery. I paid 35 quid for two drinks and some crisps. the cost of the stay felt too high. location was fine, and staff were helpful enough, though i think they knew it were overpriced.
